GLACIER Premium Apartments is being built in partnership with Bukovel Resort and embodies the latest technologies in the approach to luxury real estate construction. For over 18 years, we have been implementing projects that are landmarks of the resort and the region and meet all the needs of the most demanding customers.

The first phase of GLACIER Premium Apartments has been commissioned and is operating as a hotel.

The main concept behind the GLACIER infrastructure is to provide a high level of service and comfort within the complex, including through the involvement of Ukrainian and international retail chains selling goods and services.

The upper floors house the hotel’s infrastructure: a spa, kids’ clubs, gyms, coworking areas, lobby bars, amphitheaters, and solarium areas. All this is surrounded by forests and mountains, on the shore of a mountain lake with an incredible panorama. The entire first floor of the aparthotel is occupied by commercial space — approximately 7,000 m², with a ceiling height of 4.5 m and stained glass windows.
