Founded in 2002, the resort covers an area of approximately 920 hectares and has a clearly defined development structure that includes ski, recreational (Lake Molodosti, spa, cycling and hiking trails), residential (hotels, apartments, cottage communities), and commercial zones (shopping centers, restaurants, retail, entertainment), as well as promising investment clusters for expanding the year-round model.

The resort brings together over 200 hotels and apartment complexes of various categories (from 3* to 5*), more than 100 restaurants and cafes, 15+ SPA and wellness complexes, and over 20 leisure facilities for active and family recreation, including a water park, a lake, a toboggan run, and a bike park.

The ski infrastructure includes 68+ trails with a total length of over 75 km and 16 modern lifts from leading global manufacturers (Doppelmayr, Leitner), ensuring a high level of service and capacity.

The resort welcomes approximately 3 million tourists annually, of whom up to 20% are international visitors (up to 50% in the pre-war period), confirming its status as an international tourist destination.
